Requirements Needed in Order to Host Master Hughes

Master Hughes must limit the number of engagements he can accept.

The following requirements MUST be met in order for your agency to be

considered for an event.

1. We require that we know who is sponsoring your event.

2. Venue must be able to accommodate between should be 500 -2,500 community

members.

We do speak at smaller events when they are located close to Houston.

3. The event may be free and open to the public, but our fee does not change.

**If at any time one of these requirements are not met or reneged on by the

school, Master Hughes reserves the right to re-evaluate the lecture's feasibility

and cancel if need be.**

4. Please submit a email if you need information we prefer that to phone calls.

Speaking dates cannot be changed after acceptance, if a speaking event is

canceled you are still expected to pay the speaking fee.

5. Please state "The amount you are offering toward Master Hughes honorarium

suggested honorarium is 10,000 minimum and please consider distance and travel

time.

6. A tentative schedule for the event including the suggested time of the lecture,

club dinner, or reception.

7.Please state whether you will provide security for master Hughes
